One-Time Rentals

Wischemann Hall can be rented for one-time events such as birthday parties and wedding receptions.

Fees for One-Time Rentals

$35  One-time, non-refundable Application Fee
$65 Base rental fee for all rentals
$35 Hourly fee, with a 4-hour minimum
$250 Refundable security/cleaning deposit

For example, to rent the hall for 4 hours, the cost would be  $215 ((35 * 4) + 40 + 35)   (plus the $250 refundable security/cleaning deposit).

Recurring Rentals

We give priority to repeating renters whose purpose is aligned with our goal of promoting community dancing, especially square, round, contra, country and folk dancing. The rate for recurring rentals is $20 per hour, with a one-hour minimum. If you are interested in renting Wischemann Hall on an ongoing basis, please contact us for more information.
