Recurring Rental Application Instructions

Thank you for your interest in renting Wischemann Hall in Sebastopol for your class. Please follow these instructions for filling out and submitting your Application.

  1. Check the calendar at www.wischemannhall.com/calendar to verify that the date and time you are interested in is not currently booked.
  2. Download and fill out the Recurring Rental Application and submit it using one of these methods:
    • Fill out the PDF version on your computer and email it to rentals@wischemannhall.com.
    • Print and fill out a hard copy and mail it to: Wischemann Hall, 465 Morris Street, Sebastopol, CA 95472
    • Send an email to rentals@wischemannhall.com (or use the form on this site) asking for someone to contact you regarding an alternate way submit the Rental Application.
  3. After submitting the application you will be contacted by a manager to sign the contract and pay the $250 refundable Security/Cleaning Deposit, and to receive a key.  If you are a new renter, you will also need to do a site inspection.
  4. IMPORTANT: To secure the Hall for your class, you will need to provide a copy of a Certificate of Insurance for General Liability for $1,000,000 coverage showing Saucy Squares Dance Club, Inc. as an additional insured for the date of your event, a signed contract, and the full amount of the Rental Fee and Security/Cleaning Deposit. Certificates of Insurance for less than $1,000,000 coverage will not be accepted.
