One-Time Rental Application Instructions
Thank you for your interest in renting Wischemann Hall in Sebastopol for your event. Please follow these instructions for filling out and submitting your Application.
- Check the calendar at www.wischemannhall.com/calendar to verify that the date and time you are interested in is not currently booked.
- Fill out and submit the online One-Time Rental Application Form.
- After submitting the application, you will be contacted by a manager who will send you a contract for the date of the event.
- IMPORTANT: To secure the Hall for your event, you will need to provide a copy of a Certificate of Insurance for General Liability for $1,000,000 coverage showing Saucy Squares Dance Club, Inc. as an additional insured for the date of your event, a signed contract, and the full amount of the Rental Fee and Security/Cleaning Deposit. Certificates of Insurance for less than $1,000,000 coverage or not listing Saucy Squares Dance Club, Inc. as an additional insured will not be accepted.
- Prior to 60 days before the event, the event will not be reserved on the calendar until we have received the contract, the Rental Fee and the Security Deposit. Less than 60 days before the event, the Certificate of Insurance is due to keep the reservation. Without the documents and deposit/rental fee, your date is not reserved for you.
- Reservations canceled less than 60 days before the event are subject to a cancellation policy.
- You will be able to pick up the key to the Hall no earlier than 1 week before your event. When you event is over you can leave the key in the drop box located in the kitchen next to the sink and exit through the front doors. You will be contacted by a manager to do a site inspection and tour of the facility, if you are a new renter.
- If the Hall is clean and there is no damage, and once the key has been returned, the total Security/Cleaning Deposit will be mailed to you within 30 days of your event. You will be notified if any deductions are to made.
