The key to renting Wischemann Hall is the certificate of insurance. The name of the person filling out this application must be the same as the person whose name will be on the certificate of insurance, and will be the same name as the person on the rental contract.

Because much of the information asked for in the form below will be in the contract itself, please don’t apply to rent Wischemann Hall unless your name will be the one on the insurance certificate and contract.
