Important!

When you click on SUBMIT to send in the form, you will be taken to a page where you can pay the $35 non-refundable application fee by credit card.  A contract will not be drawn up until we have received this application fee.  If you do not wish to pay online, you may send a check for $35, made out to Kelley Rentals, and send it to Kelley Rentals, 489 S. Main Street, Sebastopol, CA 95472.

Wischemann Hall cannot be rented without providing a certificate of insurance. The name of the person filling out this application must be the same as the person whose name will be on the certificate of insurance, and will be the same name as the person on the rental contract.

Because much of the information asked for in the form below will be in the contract itself, please don’t apply to rent Wischemann Hall unless your name will be the one on the insurance certificate and contract.
